IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 29, 2017, the Arizona Lottery filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Arizona Lottery advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Lottery for further action. Done this day, September 1, 2017.
