IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On October 9, 2018, counsel for Tolleson Union High School District No. 214 filed a Notice of Dismissal with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which counsel advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona School Facilities Board for further action. Done this day, October 17, 2018.
