Darci Hilander and Bobby Higgins (“Petitioners”) and The Palms Mobile Community (“Respondent”) agreed on the record to resolve the petition that Petitioners filed with the Arizona Department of Housing (“the Department”) alleging that violated the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord- Tenant Act. To allow the parties to reduce to writing the terms of their settlement to writing and to execute the written settlement agreement, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until July 9, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. If the parties are unable to reduce their settlement to an executed written agreement, they shall inform the Office of Administrative Hearings and a further hearing on the merits will be scheduled on the next available date.
