IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the evidentiary hearing held on July 2, 2018, after a discussion between the parties off the record, the Palms Mobile Community’s (“Respondent’s”) attorney read onto the record a proposed settlement of this dispute. Darci Hilander and Bobby Higgins (“Complainants”) agreed on the record to accept the terms of the proposed settlement. Nonetheless, at Respondent’s attorney’s request, the Administrative Law Judge left the record open for the receipt of a written settlement agreement executed by Complainants. Complainants subsequently submitted an executed settlement agreement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing any further hearing on the merits that could have been scheduled in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) and (4) to the Director of the Arizona Department of Housing for further action. Done this day, July 10, 2018.
