On July 5, 2017, the Arizona Department of Real Estate, (hereainfter “Department”), filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 27, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, July 11, 2017.
