On April 10, 2017, the Arizona Department of Real Estate, (hereinafter “Department”), filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had resolved all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for May 9, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. Done this day, April 11, 2017.
