No representative for Respondent Su Casa Mobile Home Service Inc. appeared and the matter was convened in its absence at about 9:20 a.m. Subsequently, Appellant had the two other Respondents had an off-the-record discussion outside the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. The matter was reconvened and the parties informed the tribunal that they were in agreement that Appellant’s Complaint should be reopened, and the Appellant confirmed that this result was satisfactory. IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter and remanding it to the Arizona Department of Housing.
