This matter was previously set for hearing on February 15, 2018. The matter was continued to April 5, 2018, at the request of Respondent Alta Cima Corp. doing business as Factory Expo Home Center. The matter was then continued to May 14, 2018, at the request of Appellant. The Minute Entry granting continuance was issued to the parties on April 5, 2018. On the day before the hearing, Appellant filed another request to continue the hearing or, in the alternative, to dismiss the matter. Appellant stated that he was unable to get off of work. Given the untimely motion and that this matter has previously been continued twice, IT IS ORDERED denying the motion to continue and granting the motion to dismiss. The hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona State Department of Housing for further action. Done this day, May 11, 2018.
