The Arizona State Board of Accountancy’s (“the Board’s”) attorney moves to vacate the status conference in this matter because the Board has resolved all issues in dispute through a settlement agreement with Respondent John R. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status conference that had been scheduled on September 25, 2017, at 4:00 p.m., as well as any hearing on the merits that could have been scheduled in this matter.
