IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 11, 2017, David Holland sent an email to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Mr. Holland advised that he would not be able to attend the scheduled hearing in this matter and wished to withdraw his appeal of the denial. Therefore, the hearing currently scheduled for January 10, 2018, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona State Board of Accountancy for further action. Done this day, December 11, 2017.
