On October 27, 2017, the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine

and Surgery (Board) filed a Notice to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative

Hearings in which the Board advised that it had granted the Motion to Deem Allegations

Admitted and adjudicated this matter such that the hearing currently scheduled for

December 4, 2017, was not necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this

matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
