On March 24, 2017, the Arizona Medical Board, (hereinafter “Board”), filed a stipulation to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties had resolved the matter and that the Respondent had withdrawn his appeal. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action. Done this day, March 28, 2017.
