On October 6, 2015, the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners ("Board") withdrew its request for a hearing in the above-captioned matter because the Board reinstated Dr. Martinez's license as a result of compliance with the Interim Board Order at its October 2, 2015 meeting. In light of the withdrawal, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for November 6, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. be vacated. The file is hereby returned to the Board for further processing and disposition.
