On November 19, 2018, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (Board) filed a Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondent failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. § 32-1664(J), and that as a result, the hearing currently scheduled for December 4, 2018, should be vacated. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
