IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 22, 2016, the Board of Technical Registration (the Board) filed a Notice to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board indicated that Respondent had failed to answer the Board’s Complaint and Notice of Hearing in this matter as required and that failure to answer the Board’s Complaint requires that the Board deem the allegations admitted pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-128. The Board advised that a hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings was not required. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action. Done this day, March 22, 2016.
