On October 15, 2014, the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (the Board) filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that it wished to withdraw its request for a hearing in this matter and that the hearing currently scheduled for October 20, 2014, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
