IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 3, 2016, the Arizona Medical Board (the Board) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for February 18 and 19, 2016, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action. Done this day, February 9, 2016.
