On January 11, 2016, Appellant filed a Motion to Withdraw Appeal with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that due to the amount of time required for him to care for his two children in the NICU, he did not have the time required to continue this process, and requested that the appeal against Superstition Fire & Medical District be dismissed. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Superstition Fire & Medical District for further action. Done this day, January 12, 2016.
