IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 21, 2017, the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (POST) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which POST advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled to begin on November 29, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to POST for further action. Done this day, November 22, 2017.
