The Board advised that Respondent failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. Section 32-1664(J). Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Board of Nursing for further action. Done this day, February 12, 2018.
