On June 15, 2017, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (Board) filed a Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondent had failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. § 32- 1664(I). Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
