On May 18, 2018, the Board considered the Administrative Law Judge Decision (“ALJ Decision”), which recommended that the Board Revoke Registered Nurse License No. RN166026, issued to Ashley Carol Morris.

The Board adopted the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law in its entirety. The Board Rejected the Recommended Order and accepted a signed consent agreement for Stayed Revocation Probation instead. The Board was unable to engage Respondent in settlement negotiations prior to the hearing. Pursuant to Board discussions with Respondent post-hearing, Respondent has now expressed an interest in working with the Board to engage in counseling and other remedial measures as set forth in the signed Consent Agreement
