IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 22, 2014, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement and Joint Request to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that a settlement had been reached that resolved all outstanding issues in this matter and that the hearing currently scheduled for October 20, 2014, through October 24, 2014, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions for further action. Done this day, August 27, 2014.
