On May 21, 2014, the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions (the Department) filed a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing in which the Department advised that the parties had reached a final settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for June 25, 2014, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. Done this day, May 22, 2014.
