IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 21, 2014, Mark Adams with Red Mountain Kingman LLC filed a Withdraw of Request for Administrative Hearing in which he advised that the parties had met for an informal settlement conference and that the parties were close to a settlement of the issues raised in this matter. Red Mountain Kingman LLC requested to withdraw its request for administrative hearing. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for further action. Done this day, May 22, 2014.
