Because the initial order vacating the hearing misidentified Respondent in the body of the order, the Administrative Law Judge issues the following corrected order: The Arizona State Board of Nursing (“the Board”) has withdrawn the hearing because Respondent Shelly Marie Carroll failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. § 32- 1664(I). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on October 22, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, September 25, 2014.
