On September 12, 2013, the Arizona Department of Real Estate filed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that Respondent’s license had been revoked due to the failure to timely respond to the Notice of Hearing and Complaint. As a result, the hearing currently scheduled for October 1, 2013, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. Done this day, September 20, 2013.
