On September 30, 2013, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (the Department) filed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department revoked the real estate salesperson’s license held by Respondent based on Respondent’s failure to file an answer to the Notice of Hearing and Complaint. Therefore, the hearing currently scheduled for October 24, 2013, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. Done this day, October 1, 2013.
