The Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (“Board”) has withdrawn its request for hearing because after an informal settlement conference, the Board determined to grant licensure to Dr. Stec at its December 7, 2012 meeting. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on January 10, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
