On December 14, 2012, the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (the Board) filed an Order Withdrawing Hearing and Notice of Settlement in which the Board advised that the parties had entered into a Consent Agreement and the hearing currently scheduled for January 9, 2013, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for any further action. Done this day, December 14, 2012.
