Pursuant to the Motion, the Arizona State Board of Accountancy (“Board”) has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for November 27, 2012, at 8:00 a.m., be vacated for the reason that “Mr. Olen signed an agreement to relinquish his CPA certificate in lieu of formal disciplinary proceedings . . .” Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Board for further action consistent with the parties’ agreement.
