On May 31, 2013, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (the Board) filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the hearing in this matter had been withdrawn because Respondent failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. § 32-1664(I). Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
