On November 222, 2013, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (the Board) filed a Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the matter had been resolved because the Board had granted Applicant’s request to withdraw his application and the hearing currently scheduled for December 30, 2013, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action. Done this day, November 22, 2013.
