On September 6, 2013, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (the Board) filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondent had failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. § 32-1664(I) and that the hearing currently scheduled for September 12, 2013 was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
