IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 3, 2013, the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (Board) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties had reached a proposed settlement and the hearing currently scheduled for December 9 and 10, 2013, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action. Done this day, December 4, 2013.
