IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants (“the Board”) requested reconsideration of the order denying Applicant Fahim N. Kashif, P.A.’s motion to vacate the hearing. The Board clarifies the record in this matter to indicate that a settlement conference was held and that at the settlement conference, Board staff agreed to support returning Applicant’s application to the Board to allow Applicant the opportunity to request that the Board reconsider its denial and to allow Board staff the opportunity to request that the Board provide further clarification of the grounds for denial. Because with this additional clarification, it appears that Applicant has withdrawn his appeal pursuant to his discussions with the Board under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3), IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on December 3, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, November 29, 2013.
