The record in this matter shall be held open for the submission of Respondent’s Exhibit D before February 1, 2013, a copy to the Administrative Law Judge and a copy to Reyna Marin.

The record shall be held open further to allow Petitioner’s to submit their closing brief on the issue of whether the Mobile Home Parks Landlord Tennant Act permits the imposition of late fees when the Tennant has paid an amount equal to all past due utilities and base rent but not all past due late fees. Petitioner will have until February 8, 2013 to submit this closing brief to the Administrative Law Judge, with a copy due the same day to the Respondent’s Attorney Ingeborg Cox, who has agreed that it may be sent to [email redacted].

The record will then be held open until February 22, 2013 for the submission of Respondent’s closing brief in response to Petitioner’s brief. The sole issue to be briefed is the question of the imposition of late fees.

If the parties wish an extension of time or if they wish to address additional legal issues, they may request that this be allowed by submitting a written motion to the Administrative Law Judge, with a copy sent to the other side, and the Administrative Law Judge will rule on the motion.
