The Arizona State Board of Accountancy (“the Board”) has moved to vacate the hearing because the parties have entered into a Stipulation for Entry of Order, a fully executed copy of which was attached to the Board’s motion, as a full and final settlement of this matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on December 21, 2011, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
