The Board also has provided a copy of the Decision and Order (By Consent) signed by Mr. Loeper. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on September 15, 2011, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
