By stipulation of the parties, the following deadlines are amended as follows: February 4, 2013 Written closing arguments from Respondent February 11, 2013 Written rebuttal arguments from the Board IT IS ORDERED all other provisions and deadlines of the November 5, 2012, and December 14, 2012, orders are still in effect.
