IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 5, 2012, the Administrative Law Judge in this matter issued an Order Holding Record Open with specific deadlines with respect to post-hearing filings. Since that time, the deadlines have been amended on two occasions. The initial Order Holding Record Open included a November 14, 2012, deadline for the receipt of the court reporter’s transcript. To date, a copy of the transcript has not been provided to the Office of Administrative Hearings. To allow the Administrative Law Judge to have the benefit of the court reporter’s transcript, IT IS ORDERED reopening the record in this matter until March 8, 2013, for the sole purpose of receiving the court reporter’s transcript.
