IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 16, 2011, the Department of Weights and Measures (“Department”) filed a Notice of Results of Informal Settlement Conference with the Office of Administrative Hearings, in which the Department advised that the parties have reached a settlement agreement and that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for October 11, 2011, is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED vacating this matter from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
