On November 20, 2012, the Arizona Department of Insurance (“The Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings wherein the Department advised that the parties had executed a Consent Order and the hearing currently scheduled for November 21, 2012, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. Done this day, November 20, 2012.
