On July 24, 2013, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (the Board) filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondent failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. § 32-1664(I), and the hearing currently scheduled for August 8, 2013, was withdrawn as a result. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action. Done this day, July 24, 2013.
