The Notice stated that the hearing is being withdrawn because Respondent failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing issued in this matter as required by A.R.S. § 32-1664(I). THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the State Board of Nursing. Done this day, June 25, 2012.
