The Arizona State Board of Appraisal (“the Board”) and James R. Nelson (“Respondent”) have filed a Joint Stipulation to Vacate Hearing because during the Board’s monthly meeting on Friday, April 22, 2011, the parties reached a settlement of all outstanding issues. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the continued hearing that had been scheduled on May 10, 2011, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, April 25, 2011.
