A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. Complainant Capital Electric Supply appeared through Jeff Huppler, Division Credit Manager. Respondent A V Electric Company Inc. appeared through Ann Beltran, President, and Raul Beltran, Vice President and qualifying party. During the time scheduled for hearing, the parties agreed to settle their dispute and executed a written settlement agreement. As consideration for the settlement, Complainant agreed to withdraw its complaint to the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) against Respondent’s contractor’s license. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar with the recommendation that it be closed as resolved, settled, or withdrawn. Done this day, May 4, 2010.
