On July 16, 2010, the parties jointly requested that the hearing be converted to a status conference. On July 19, 2010, at the time set for hearing, the parties indicated that they had settled the matter in principle but needed additional time to finalize the settlement documents. On August 10, 2010, the Department filed a copy of the Stipulated Agreement of the parties. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED the hearing is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Department for any further action. ORDERED this day, August 11, 2010.
