In April 2010, this tribunal gave the parties more time to settle this matter by postponing the hearing date and ordering a case status update to be filed by May 21, 2010. The parties did not file an update. The tribunal then gave the parties until June 18, 2010, to update the status of this matter and warning them that if nothing was done the Administrative Law Judge would assume that the case had settled and close the matter without hearing. No update having been filed, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing in this matter and remanding this case to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
