A duly noticed hearing was commenced on this date, at which the parties appeared and testified. The Registrar of Contractors’ Inspector Rick Oelke also testified. On the record, Respondent Wholesale Window and Door Inc. agreed to correct in a professional and workmanlike manner all remaining items on the August 13, 2009 Corrective Work Order. Complainant Karen Barney agreed to allow access for the corrective work and to withdraw her complaint to the Registrar, without prejudice to her right to request a compliance hearing if necessary. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation it be closed as resolved, settled, or withdrawn. Done this day, February 23, 2010.
